This video was the first Holy Visage video to quote the Bible. Directed by Austin Lovelace, the video features Austin Lovelace, Hayley Lovelace, and Chloe Cardwell. It was filmed at a wedding chapel in Noccalula Falls Park in Gadsden, Alabama on Saturday, July 23, 2011. The video was written by Austin Lovelace. While filming the video, Hayley Lovelace proposed an alternate ending to the video, which was used in the final cut. The video was inspired by the common sayings "scared to death" and "scared half-to-death." Similar to previous videos, the filming experience was unpleasant, with hot weather and tension from the director. Before the video was released, Austin Lovelace found a verse while reading his Bible. The verse was found in Proverbs. It reads: "Even in laughter the heart may ache, and joy may end in grief." Austin thought that this verse related to the video, being that when somebody laughs in the video, somebody also dies in the video. Though they have joy of laughing about faking their own deaths, they all die in the end. Austin Lovelace realizes that this verse deals with a much more serious aspect of life, but he found it could relate to the video. This was the first verse from the Bible to ever be used in a Holy Visage video. The video found instant success, with 117 views on its opening day, making it Holy Visage's fourth most successful video on an opening day.
